We bring the truck, the equipment, and the team. You don’t lift anything. We protect your floors, walls, and stairs. Free pickup on every machine we buy.
A modern pinball machine weighs around 280 pounds. A vintage cabinet can weigh over 300. Most people who sell a machine have no idea how they're going to move it, and honestly, they shouldn't have to.
When we buy your machine, pickup is included. We show up with the truck, the dolly, the moving blankets, and the team to get it out safely. Your floors stay clean. Your walls stay intact. Your back doesn't get involved.
Every pickup rolls up with the gear to move a pinball machine properly, no matter where it lives in your home.
Weather-sealed cargo space that keeps your machine dry and protected from start to finish.
Motorized dolly that safely walks heavy cabinets up or down finished basement stairs without risk.
Heavy-duty padded blankets wrap the cabinet and backbox to protect artwork, corners, and glass.
Securing straps to immobilize the machine in the truck so it doesn't shift in transit, even on rough roads.
Tight turns, narrow stairs, second-floor walk-ups, storage units with impossible aisles. If there's a pinball machine in it, we've figured out how to get one out of it.
Narrow turns at the bottom of the stairs, low ceilings, and tight doorways. We use a stair-climber dolly and tip technique to get the machine up without banging the drywall.
Second-floor bonus rooms are trickier than basements because there's only one way down. We send a two-person team and use heavy-duty straps for full control on the descent.
Condo, co-op, or walk-up apartment. We check the elevator dimensions ahead of time or plan the stair route. We work with building supers when needed.
Long narrow aisles, tight storage rooms, and roll-up doors. We bring smaller equipment for confined spaces and coordinate access times with the facility.
Easier than indoor pickups most of the time. Ground-level access, wide doors, and usually room to maneuver. We still wrap and strap for transit.
Bar, restaurant, arcade, office. We coordinate around business hours and handle the pickup without disrupting customers or staff.
Home-based in Ronkonkoma, NY. Our pickup coverage spans the Northeast. Local pickups are free. Regional pickups are usually free. Extended distance is case-by-case.
Moving a 280-pound cabinet through a finished home is risky if you don't know what you're doing. Here is how we protect your property every time.
The most common questions sellers ask about how the pickup actually works.
No. We handle everything. You can stand back, watch from another room, or not even be home if you don't want to be. Just point us to the machine and get out of the way.
Depends on the location. An easy garage pickup can be in and out quickly. A finished basement with tight turns and long stairs takes longer. We will never rush a move and risk damaging your home or the machine.
Yes. If the machine is plugged in, we unplug it. If it has been sitting unpowered for years, we still do a quick check for loose parts or anything that could shift in transit before we move it.
We have moved machines out of stairs that seemed impossible at first glance. Tight turns and narrow treads are where the stair-climber dolly earns its keep. Send us a photo of the stairs when you send machine photos and we will confirm we can handle it.
Rarely. The only truly impossible pickups we have seen are machines that were built in place or had walls framed around them. For those, we discuss options. For everything else, we find a way. Learn more on our Machine Removal page.
Not on local pickups. Regional pickups are usually free too. For extended distance, we will quote any pickup fee upfront before you accept the offer. No surprise charges at your door.
We handle commercial pickups regularly. Arcades, bars, restaurants, offices. We coordinate around business hours so we are not in the way of your customers or staff.
Yes. Weekends are actually our busiest pickup days since most sellers work during the week. Saturday and Sunday are both available. Call us to lock in a time.
